I noticed something was a little bit different yesterday as I drove home on SR 900. Sure enough something was different... they've begun widening SR 900 past Talus and through to SE 82nd Street.
The way it's set up now, at Newport Way and SR 900, SR 900 suddenly becomes one lane heading South. So be careful. There's no longer much time to merge as you cross over Newport Way to SR 900.
How long is construction expected to last? Through December of 2009. Yikes!
But the finished project will include an additional lane in each direction, a bike only lane and a raised sidewalk. That will be so nice!
