Buy a Replica and Get the Real House for Free?

I just finished reading an interesting article in Realtor Magazine's Daily Real Estate News. Apparently there's a couple in Battle Creek, Michigan who have had their home on the market for a year with no bites.

Fifteen years ago, the wife's father created a dollhouse version of the home, built on a 1-foot to 1-inch scale with an estimated value of $2000.

The couple is now offering the dollhouse for $169,000 and will thrown in the full-sized house for free.

Interesting sales tactic....I'm curious to see if that will bring in more potential buyers for them.
