I don't know about you, but the dates on food labels always confuse me. What does "sell by" really mean? And how about the "use by" date?
I came across this great blog entry today at Culinate with some helpful information about interpreting expiration dates on the perishable products that we buy. Jonathan Bloom identifies 8 things you should know about the dates on food labels. I thought it was a great read and wanted to share it with all of you!
